Criteria of Logo Design Competition and Webpage Design Competition

Logo Design Competition

 

Design criteria

1. Match the core values and missions of EEF

2. Simple Structure & Creative

3. Icon and wordings should be original & exceptional (NO copying of any trade mark or logo in the market)

4. The purpose of EEF should be easily understood by looking at the Logo

5. Simple printing technology with 300 dpi JPEG file plus AI or PSD file for final submission

6. Target audience age 12-80

7. Any copying or non-original design may face legal prosecution from owner of work or design

8. EEF has NO obligation to take any submitted work as the final EEF logo

9. The legal ownership of the logo belongs to EEF, any usage of the logo has to gain approval from EEF in writing

 

 

Webpage Design Competition

 

Design criteria

1. Original and Creative new ideas to present EEF

2. Match the core values and missions of EEF

3. Eye catching

4. Structure of webpage should be simple and clear, avoid complicated design

5. Easy to maintain

6. Contestant - Individual or Group not more than 5

7. Not less than 15 pages design submission other than the Home Page

8. Design submission to be provided in memory disc or stick

9. Single language in English or Dual language in Chinese and English

10. Any copying or non-original design may face legal prosecution from owner of work or design

11. EEF has NO obligation to take any submitted work as the final EEF webpage

12. The legal ownership of the webpage belongs to EEF, any usage of the design has to gain approval from EEF in writing

EEF was established on12 Feb 2010 by 2 engineers who have a common passion to build a green world and keep it sustainable for the use of the mankind and their future generations.  They have been working in different industries like railway & transportation, power generation and supply, telecommunication infrastructure, electrical engineering & system construction, lighting industry and environmental & energy management.

They wanted to push a green action on making a greener and sustainable world through learning and application of technology to benefit the mankind. The environmental caring action will enable the earth to live longer and extend the life on use of resources.
